One month notice or One month's fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent wants to withdraw his wards from the school.

A written application must be submitted to the Principal by the parent who has served one month’s notice or deposited one month's fee before withdrawal for the transfer certificate of the student.

The transfer certificate will be issued after one week only after all the fees and other dues of the school are paid and verified.

Three month’s notice or Three month's fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent wants to withdraw his wards from the school.

A written application must be submitted to the Principal by the parent who has served three month’s notice or deposited three month's fee before withdrawal for the transfer certificate of the student.

Once the student is admitted in the hostel and if the student does not want to live in the hostel by any reason, neither the amount will be refunded nor the said student will be allowed to continue his study as day scholar.

The following categories of pupil may be required to be withdrawn from the school (not necessarily notifying the cause to the parents).
Academic: Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the educational programme of the school.
Fees in Arrear: Those who have not deposited the fee for two consecutive months. Once the name is struckoff from the school rolls, re-admission will be considered only after the payment of all the arrears and fresh admission fees provided a seat is available.
Disciplinary: Those whose behaviour in the opinion of the Principal is harmful to the interest of the school.
